Brooke O'Connor, Partner

Hello Potential Client or Friend!

I am Brooke O’Connor, 12 year veteran in the promotional products industry.  As a young girl I loved to shop so helping people find solutions for their marketing problems is my adult way of shopping.  I look at every marketing challenge as an opportunity to put a television commercial in someone’s hands – even if it is just a pen or key chain.

While I have traveled extensively I was born in Scottsdale and live about 5 minutes from where I grew up. I am the proud mother of two beautiful daughters, who like me, love to play at the office.

I graduated from San Diego State University  with a BA in Communications.  After graduating I worked as a fashion coordinator for a local publication and found it not to be as stimulating or creative as I thought it would be. Shortly after I went to work for The Martz Agency as the Promotional Products sales associate where I learned the business and worked with clients from all over the country.  I then partnered Terri Blackbourn and we opened our own agency in 2015.
The industry has changed a lot in the last decade offering so many more solutions and opportunities to help our clients brands become more well known and to resonate with their employees and clients.  I especially enjoy putting programs together for clients that are continual in nature.

When I am not working, which is not often, I enjoy being a Mom and involving myself in their activities and their school.  A three and six year old keep me very busy – but I have learned sleep is overated.

Terri Blackbourn, Partner

Hello! My name is Terri Blackbourn.
I have been in the promotional products industry for over 20 years. I am almost a native from AZ because I went to ASU (go devils) coming from Nebraska and never went back. I won’t say how long ago that was – too long.
I graduated with a BS in human resource management and a minor in Spanish – now don’t ask me to speak Spanish today! I started working almost right away in the advertising industry. I had a few year stint in real estate and the food industry, but within a few years of graduating I knew promotional products and I were meant to be together. I like to help people create the perfect campaign and find that unique item that will stand out in the crowd. I love the research and playing with all of the creative and fun items in our industry. Promotional products are an inexpensive way to get your name/brand out there.
I have a great family, my daughter lives in San Francisco and also works in the marketing field. My husband Joe has been in real estate since we met back in the day.  I love dogs and have two which travel with me everywhere Max and Roxy a golden and a yellow lab.
I love hiking (downhill), skiing (uphill), reading (magazines), House of cards, Netflix, working out, dogs, stalking on Facebook, the beach and the mountains.
Guilty pleasures! – wine and traveling. Stalking my daughter on facebook.
Last book I read – big little secrets (silly one)
I’m not a huge chocolate fan, but if I have to eat it I will, but I love desserts and diet coke.
Things you don’t know about me – I hate working out even though I work out almost every day. I come from a family of all girls – except for my dad. I’m tongue tied. I love peanut butter.

Jill Brausch, She does everything  – doer of it all.

Hello! My name is Jill Brausch. I have been in the promotional products business for 18 months.  Even though I have only been in the business a short time I find it fascinating and thoroughly enjoy working with such creative and inspirational women!

My background is accounting so I mainly stick to the numbers side of the business but one of the best parts of my day is when everyone is involved in brainstorming ideas.  The amount of time and effort that goes into each and every one of our clients is what I believe sets us apart.

I’m originally from Ohio so you can see why I have stayed in Arizona!!  My adventure out here started in 1987 and has turned into a home that I never intend to leave!  I’ve been married to a wonderful man for 32 years and have 3 children in their 20’s who make me proud every day and are now starting adventures of their own!!

Being empty nesters has given us the freedom to enjoy time outdoors and traveling.  Hiking the Grand Canyon and mountain biking in Moab are our favorites!  Looking forward to traveling, biking and hiking through Europe and South America this coming year.

Nancy Scotto, Customer Service Rep

Hi! My name is Nancy Scotto. I was born in Denville, New Jersey and grew up in Cave Creek, Arizona. I am one of five kids- starting to sound familiar? That’s funny because I get the chance to see one of my sisters everyday- @kyleeorriss! I graduated from ASU (Forks Up!) with a BA in Communications. I also double minored in French and Special Events Management. I am a food fanatic- I love trying new restaurants and new foods all the time (hit me up with your favorite places!) If I had to have a favorite food it would for sure be pasta- I give credit to my Italian genes. In my free time I love to be outside playing soccer, working out, shopping, or hanging out with my friends! Fun fact: I have completed two half marathons this year and I still do not consider myself a true "runner".

Kylee Orriss, Business Development Brand Consultant

Hi, I’m Kylee! I was born in Denville, New Jersey and raised in Cave Creek, AZ. After high school, I left the desert to attend Penn State and graduated in 2014 with a BA in Advertising/Public Relations (WE ARE!). I spent the first 5 years of my career in the big apple working in the wedding industry. I’m happy to be back in the desert and part of a kick- a$$ team! I’m one of five kids and luckily, right in the middle  I have three sisters, one brother and a super cute pomeranian. I love to travel and one of my goals is to hit 30 countries by the time I turn 30. Hawaii is one of my favorite places in the world, aside from Cape May, NJ (I’m biased) and Italy being tied for #1. I like to try out new skincare products and then give my friends unsolicited must have lists. I love trying out new training programs in the gym and recently became a self-proclaimed runner, completing my first half-marathon in February of 2019!
